Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Because our operations are international, the cost of return shipping can be very high. For this reason, we do not require customers to send packages back. Instead, our policy works as follows:

1. Dissatisfaction or Wrong Size

  • If an item does not fit or you are not satisfied with it, you may choose one of the following options:

    • Partial Refund: You keep the original items and we will refund 50% of the value to your card.

    • Exchange with New Order: You may place a new order on our website. We will send you a new product of your choice, and you keep the first package for free.

2. Manufacturing Defects

  • If your item has a confirmed manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a full refund and you may also keep the original package.

  • Alternatively, you may place a new order and we will send a replacement package free of charge.


Timeframe

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to notify us in order to be entitled to a refund or exchange.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.


Customer Responsibility

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for issues resulting from:

  • Absent recipient at the delivery address.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Failure to properly track the order using the tracking code.

  • Errors during pre-shipment caused by incorrect customer information.
