SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
The manufacturing and packaging time for our exclusive, handmade pieces for your daughter is 7 business days.
After the manufacturing time, you can start counting the delivery time of your package.
Our shipping is free, and the average delivery time is 10-20 days.
SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING CODE
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered at the time of purchase within 7 business days after your order is processed. To track your order, simply access the website and paste the tracking code received by email.
MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME
The estimated maximum delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks after the order is shipped (Standard Shipping). However, adverse factors such as customs delays, inability to deliver due to weather conditions or high-risk areas, and national holidays may add a few days to the product delivery time.
CANCELLATIONS
Your order can be cancelled if you request it within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, cancellation will not be possible as your package will already be in the shipping process. Please contact us within 12 hours of payment for your order if you need to cancel or regret your purchase.
